This software assigns a unique ID to each wafer and keeps track of processing status of wafer by wafer. When hundreds of wafers are processed in several batches, slight processing variations are unavoidable, and it is very important to track each wafers. Along with date and time, corresponding processing conditions are also tracked. The device test parameters, location on the wafer, yield are correlated with the processing conditions.
